Lord Mansfield Owuba - Branch Manager

Education

Mr. Lord Mansfield Owuba began his education at the Presbyterian Secondary school, Agona Nsaba, where he studied Business.

He proceeded to Foso Teacher Training College where he studied education and became a professional Teacher.

He later obtained a 4-Year Bachelor of Education, Agriculture Option, at the Ashanti Mampong Campus of the University of Education,Winneba.

Determined to become a professional banker, Mr. Owuba joined the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana (CIB) and had the Intermediate Associateship Certificate (Part II).

He also attended the association of Christian Clergy and ordained as An Evangelist in December 2017.

Work Experience

As a professional Teacher, he taught in many schools including Presby Junior High, Brakwa, Paradise International School, Buokrom, Kumasi.

With much effort to have banking experience, he was employed as a Direct Sales Agent for Barclays Bank Ghana in 1997 at the Asafo Sales Centre and worked for ten consecutive months.

Mr. Owuba joined Brakwa-Breman Rural Bank Limited as a Credit Officer and stationed at Brakwa Branch in 2009. He was promoted as a Senior Banking Officer in 2011 and later became an Acting Head of Credit.

He later joined Nsawam branch of Citizens Rural Bank limited as a Credit Officer in April 2016 for Six months and was later transferred to Adeiso as Agency Manager.  He was once again transferred to Nsawam in July 2019 where he is currently working as a Branch Manager.

In response to the call of Jesus Christ, Mr. Owuba has established “All for Christ Prayer Ministry International Church” at Adeiso.

Achievements

Mr. Owuba was a brain behind the introduction of “Mfasuo Susu Scheme” for Brakwa-Breman Rural Bank ltd in 2010.As an Acting Head of Credit, aggressive recovery and strong monitoringhelped to reduce loan default ratedrastically from about 9.00% to about 6.00%.

During his tenure of office as branch manager, Adeiso Agency experienced exponential growth which consequently accorded a full branch status in 2019.

Mr.Owuba vision in life is to be continually trained to becomean all-rounder and a role model in this contemporary world.

Family Lif

He is married with three beautiful girls.

Hobbies and interest

He likes gardening. He also likes reading, especially Christian literature and listening to gospel songs.

Counselling,teaching and witnessing for Christ, are hallmarks of Mr. Owuba.
